We are now progressing work on site in respect of phase 4a of the contract – The demolition of 64-90 Hilderthorpe Road.
Over the last few weeks various works have been taking place including; – removal of asbestos roof sheets and artex from numbers 64-70 as well as fire doors and cement board from 86-88 Hildertorpe Road. A temporary road closure was put in place on Monday 9th May to enable gas service disconnection works to take place.
Demolition works have taken place to numbers 64-70 and we have cleared the soft strip debris from the rear of all properties. Demolition works to remaining buildings are due to take place over the forthcoming week.
