The build works to the new plantroom are nearing completion with the roof, insulation and screen all been installed. We have just started to take deliveries of the extensive mechanical and electrical equipment which will be installed in the plantroom over the coming months.
The two bungalows on plot 30 and 31 are really starting to take shape, with windows and doors being installed and stud walls commencing internally. Once these bungalows are near completion, they will become the temporary site accommodation and offices for our team, meaning we can decant from our temporary home inside the current sports hall which is to be demolished. These temporary works and movements really underpin the complex challenges this project has, we don’t have the luxury of space to play with on this restricted site, every phase is orientated around tight logistics, especially where access and demolition is concerned. Two years sounds like a long time, but with a project as complex as this one, the months are passing with the blink of an eye.
