Work has continued to progress well on site over the last month. We have now completed the rubble clearing works in respect of Phase 4a of the project. Imported subsoil has been laid and graded to the required levels in this area and topsoil has been laid up to the line of the proposed fence.
We have also commenced work in respect of Springfield House. Furniture has been removed from the building and we have begun the soft stripping works,

We are now progressing work on site in respect of phase 4a of the contract – The demolition of 64-90 Hilderthorpe Road.
Over the last few weeks various works have been taking place including; – removal of asbestos roof sheets and artex from numbers 64-70 as well as fire doors and cement board from 86-88 Hildertorpe Road. A temporary road closure was put in place on Monday 9th May to enable gas service disconnection works to take place.

Work is progressing well on site with the Phase 3A demolition works now complete to 8-22a Hilderthorpe Road. This area has been cleared of rubble and grading and topsoil works are now in progress.
Additional work to an adjoining property is due to commence next week. These works will require the installation of a temporary scaffold enclosure involving the erection of structural support scaffolds.
Soft stripping works in respect of Phase 4A, 72-90 Hilderthorpe Road have commenced to some of the properties this week and these will continue into the forthcoming weeks.
Grading works, topsoil and the concreting to the infill section between fence and footpaths have now been completed in respect of phase 1c, fencing works are due to be completed this week, with the handover of this phase scheduled to take place on Monday.
In respect of phase 3a, demolition works are now complete to 8, 10, 12, 14 Hilderthorpe Road as are demolition works to the front section of numbers 16 – 18. We have installed scaffolding to numbers 20-22a Hilderthorpe Road,
Work is currently running to programme on the Bridlington Site. We are currently carrying out top soil, reduced level and fencing works in respect of phases 1c and 1d in addition to soft stripping works in respect of phase 3c. We are due to commence building dismantling works over the forthcoming weeks.
