This is the third project Hobson & Porter has undertaken for Humberside Fire and Rescue Service in the last two years, having previously transformed Immingham West Fire Station in North Lincolnshire into a purpose-built training facility, and delivered a £2 million state-of-the-art station at Clough Road in North Hull.

Hobson & Porter is delighted to have completed the £6m refurbishment of Haltemprice Leisure Centre.
These improvements at the Springfield Way-based facility, in Anlaby, has seen the opening of a new Tone Zone.

When Goodwin Development Trust invested £5 million in building The Octagon, a state-of-the-art community facility in Hull, they turned to Hobson & Porter to manage the project.
The centre accommodates West Hull Primary Care Trust, a childcare facility and Hull City Council Customer Services Centre. The centre also provides conference facilities and meeting rooms.
Since the building opened in September 2005 the conference rooms have become a viable business, bringing much-needed investment to the heart of one of the most deprived communities in the city.
Hobson and Porter was appointed by Hull City Council to refurbish Hull Central Library’s Music Library.
The £250,000 project involved the refurbishment of the library to house contemporary collections, performance space, recording areas and computers where people can access composing software.
Hobson and Porter continued to prove its deliverance of high-quality projects through its completion of the Kingston Rovers Enterprise and Training Experience (KREATE) project at Engage Super League side Hull Kingston Rover’s KC Lightstream Stadium.
The £8 million project includes first class training facilities, a 2,600-seat stand and 10 corporate boxes, conferencing facilities for up to 350 delegates and Enterprise Managed workspaces, with facilities and support for start-up businesses.
